1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to registration for and participation in PawQuest on 29–30 August 2026. PawQuest is organised by Nest Creation Pte Ltd (UEN: 202241892W) (“Nest Creation”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By submitting a registration or participating in PawQuest, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If the registered human is under 18 years old, the registration and acceptance of these Terms must be completed by the human’s parent or legal guardian on the human’s behalf. That parent or guardian must accompany and supervise the minor throughout PawQuest.
2. Registration and attendance
- Each registration is for one human and one dog.
- You must provide complete and accurate information and tell our staff if relevant health or safety information changes before participation.
- Your selected date records the day you intend to attend. Participation remains subject to event capacity, queues, operating conditions and the safety requirements below.
- Pre-registration does not guarantee immediate entry to a station. Walk-in participation and Pawsport availability are subject to capacity.
- Registrations must not be transferred to another human or dog without approval from event staff.
3. Your responsibility for your dog
You are responsible for your dog’s care, supervision and behaviour at all times. Your dog must remain on a secure leash unless station staff expressly instruct otherwise within a secured activity area. You must use suitable handling equipment, keep your dog under control and comply with staff directions, venue rules and applicable law.
You remain responsible, to the extent provided by law, for injury, loss or damage caused by you or your dog.
4. Health, vaccination and suitability
You must accurately disclose your dog’s vaccination status, known medical conditions, allergies and dietary restrictions. Do not bring or enter a dog that is unwell, injured, showing signs of an infectious condition, dangerously aggressive, or in distress.
A dog declared as not fully vaccinated may participate only after an on-site safety assessment. Staff may refuse or stop participation where they reasonably consider this necessary to protect people, animals or the event. Registration does not amount to veterinary approval, and staff do not provide veterinary advice.
5. The four stations
PawQuest consists of Pets Dash, Sniff Challenge, Musical Chair Challenge and Paw-some Photobooth. Station instructions and successful completion are determined by the station staff. The under-10-second target applies only to Pets Dash; PawQuest has no overall race timing or ranking.
A retry may be allowed only when the dog is comfortable, it is safe to continue and queue conditions permit. Staff may adapt, pause or end an activity for safety, welfare, operational or weather-related reasons.
6. Sniff Challenge and allergies
The Sniff Challenge uses a hidden food treat. You are responsible for deciding whether that treat is safe for your dog. A dog with an allergy, intolerance, medical condition or dietary restriction that makes the treat unsafe must not attempt the Sniff Challenge and will therefore be unable to complete all four PawQuest stations. Tell station staff about any concern before the activity begins.
7. Photos and the Paw-some Photobooth
The dog photograph uploaded during registration is collected for registration administration and participant identification. It is not permission to use that photograph for public promotion.
At the Paw-some Photobooth, you may choose to have a themed photo or GIF created and receive a printed keepsake. The booth operator may provide a separate privacy notice or service terms. Any public, promotional or unrelated use of identifiable participant content requires a separate permission or other lawful basis. If equipment fails, staff may offer a reasonable alternative fulfilment or collection arrangement.
8. Pawsport, stamps and completion
One completion stamp may be issued for each station completed in accordance with staff instructions. To access the completion activities, you must present a Pawsport showing all four valid stamps at the ending booth. Pawsports and stamps must not be copied, altered, transferred or obtained through misrepresentation. Lost or damaged Pawsports may be replaced only at staff discretion and where completion can be verified.
9. Pick-and-win and lucky draw
The pick-and-win activity and lucky draw are administered separately by another provider after you return your completed Pawsport at the ending booth. Participation requires a separate form and is governed by that provider’s own terms, eligibility rules and privacy notice, which will be presented at that stage. Any information supplied through that separate form is handled by that provider and is not part of this PawQuest registration.
Completing PawQuest makes you eligible to proceed to those activities but does not guarantee any particular prize. Prize availability, draw procedures, winner verification, collection and substitution are governed by the provider’s terms. No separate payment may be required merely to enter the pick-and-win activity or lucky draw.
10. Safety and staff authority
Follow all instructions given by event, venue and station staff. We may refuse, suspend or end participation where a person or dog presents a safety or welfare concern, disrupts the event, provides materially inaccurate information, or does not comply with these Terms or staff directions.
In an emergency, staff may take reasonable steps to protect people and animals, including contacting emergency services or seeking veterinary assistance. You remain responsible for decisions concerning your dog and for any veterinary or other third-party costs you authorise or that are reasonably incurred for your dog in an emergency.
11. Risks, property and liability
PawQuest involves ordinary risks associated with dogs, people, movement, toys, food treats, sounds and shared event spaces. You must consider your own and your dog’s fitness, temperament and circumstances before taking part and stop if participation is no longer safe or comfortable.
Keep personal belongings secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Creation is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss, injury or damage caused by your failure to follow instructions, your dog’s behaviour, another participant or dog, or a third-party provider outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Event changes
We may change station operations, capacity, queues, timings, location, activities or rewards where reasonably necessary for safety, animal welfare, weather, venue requirements, supplier availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where practicable, material changes, postponement or cancellation will be communicated using the contact details supplied during registration.
13. Personal data
Nest Creation collects the information in this registration to administer PawQuest, communicate essential event information, plan attendance, support safety, identify the registered pair and maintain necessary event records. We may disclose relevant information to event staff, venue personnel and service providers only where reasonably needed for those purposes, safety, technical operation or legal compliance.
Service providers may process personal data in or outside Singapore, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Ordinary registration records and the uploaded dog photograph will be deleted 90 days after PawQuest ends. Information connected with an incident, complaint, dispute, insurance matter or legal obligation may be retained longer, but only for as long as reasonably necessary.
For questions or requests concerning your registration or personal data, contact yasmineyeo@nestcreation.com. The separate PawQuest Event Communications Consent above applies to event-related email, voice-call and SMS communications.
14. Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms before the event where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an existing registration will be communicated where practicable. These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions about PawQuest or these Terms may be sent to yasmineyeo@nestcreation.com.
